Class 55 - EM / 18.2mm Gauge Drop-In Wheel Sets

Great way to enter into the finer 4mm scale of EM, so easy to get a super model up and running in no time and no major alterations.
I have also bought a set for the class 37.
However one let down. I have a class 66 again super model but no drop in
wheel sets available, a big pitty.

Perfect - does the job.

These replacement wheel sets just simply drop in once the old ones are removed, as easy as that.

Delighted to be able to end up with a near-prototypically-gauged Deltic. Congratulations to Accurascale who are the only major manufacturer to not only offer museum-professional quality models but now facilitate operating it on accurate and realistic EM Gauge track.

Bachmann and Hornby take note: professional modellers will gravitate to (and reward) manufacturers offering accuately prototypical models in EM Gauge (perhaps P4 as well).

I would also like to offer some suggestions for new models:
- BR Eastern Region class 309 EMU
- Prototype class 252 HST with full set prototype mark III trailers.

Admittedly such models are a business risk but I'm sure there are a good number of modellers who would pay around-four figure amounts for Accurascale (only) to poduce these products.

Superb quality and probably the finest wheel set you could ever wish for when converting locomotives to EM gauge.

This set represents a simple, quick and straightforward (and economic) solution - one which others have missed the trick.

Excellent idea to provide the easy, essentially drop in, wheel option to EM a Deltic and very simple to fit. Once fitted the loco ran just as well as in OO and was the ideal way to do the job. My 37's will be using the same method. Thanks Accurascale.

A very well engineered and packaged product. EM society standards compatible.

The wheels were delivered very shortly after placing my order. I have not yet fitted these as it will be necessary to partly dismantle the bogies. I will do this when I receive the crew and speaker. Hopefully I can do this without damaging any of the fine detail. Accurascale provide guidance on how to do this. Excellent service.
