This pack contains two IIA Biomass Bogie Hopper Wagons, 'unpainted' with GBRf and VTG logos - “Ghosted” former First logos

This pack includes a hopper with factory-installed illuminated flashing tail lamp, with on-off magnetic switch control (telescoping magnet wand supplied).

The Accurascale IIA biomass hopper features several notable changes over the previously announced HYA/IIA coal hopper. As well as the distinctive roof doors and operating equipment, it also has the WH Davis revised design of end plates with just seven wider vertical stiffeners versus 15 on the Romanian-built examples, plus door master controls and four additional small boxes per side that contain the magnetic switches on the real thing for door/hopper operation.

Great wagons

Very nice wagons, I got a rake of 16. Very well detailed, a bit too much rolling resistance but apart from a couple of loose parts spread throughout the rake, the quality is great.

IIA Biomass Bogie Hopper Wagons

Wow, what another great wagon type from Accurascale. They look great as a whole rake on my layout, the only problem now is that I need a bigger layout to run them on.
They run smoothly and look just like the real thing.

Nice work

Order arrived on day notified, well packed which was fortunate because it had been struck by the corner of another package or machinery which had pierced the container but not damaged the goods inside. However, the packers need to add the filler around all sides of the contents. Mine had crumpled brown thick paper around threes side only. Had it been struck on the opposite side . . ?
The wagons themselves are works of art - nothing less. Fit and finish is very good. Care needs to be taken when handling as there are many little fitted parts waiting to be dislodged. Have not put them on the tracks yet, but I do not expect any problems with ride quality. I am very happy with my purchase, and they are good value for what you receive and look the part.

Amazing Wagon

Great detail and quality, nice amount of weight to the wagons too. The flashing tail lamp is a great addition along with the magnetic wand to activate it. Also great packaging and info sheet.

The IIA Biomass wagons are the best modern image Wagons out there which they best detail on them so I recommend that you get them
