I have had my Accurascale Andrew Barclay locomotive for some time now but only found the crew figures were available on a recent visit to the website. I purchased a pack straightaway and am very impressed with the detail and quality of finish, especially as I don't have the skill to start painting model figures myself. I haven't fitted them yet at the time of this review but am looking forward to doing so. Recommended.

Just given my lovely Railfreight liveried 31 a run and it’s a stunning model. Looks and sounds great and fits in nicely with my Railfreight stock.
My only criticism would be the packaging. I thought I must have been sent at least 6 locos! I understand the need for protection of the model, but the loco box was placed at the side of the box with no protection to the front.

Overall, this is an excellent model. Each time I pick it up I find more detail that I hadn't noticed before. One star is removed for poor packaging - it was shipped to Australia in a thin cardboard box only fractionally larger than the Accurascale box and with only one small piece of scrunched paper for protection. Surprisingly, it arrived without damage (although the shipping box looks somewhat battered). Having had to submit a warranty claim in the past for damages due to inadequate packaging, it was hoped Accurascale had improved their packaging, especially for international parcels.
Another amazing piece of engineering from accurascale. The livery is superb. Quality top notch & performance incredible.

This is a stunning model. I have bought two of these. They both have been tested and worked very well. The sound he’s amazing another 10 out of 10.
I received my model yesterday. I have taken it out of the box. It looks fantastic. I have just tested it and everything works fine well done ACCURASCALE 10/10 one of the best models I have at the moment
The Box this thing comes is huge but it serves the model well. Such a great looking Loco and that livery is stunning. Very happy with the purchase!
